These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VendBox("VendBox", "we", "us"), a cloud point-of-sale and business operations platform owned and operated by TrueBits Technologies Ltd. ("TrueBits"), a company registered in Tanzania with offices at 7th Floor A.S. Mwamba, Coca Cola road, Mwenge, Dar es Salaam.
By creating an account or using VendBox, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VendBox provides cloud-based point-of-sale, production, customer, inventory, employee and reporting tools delivered as software-as-a-service. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Account & Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use VendBox for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Do not interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the service.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or resell VendBox without written authorization.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload to VendBox. You grant TrueBits a limited license to host, process and transmit that data solely to operate and improve the service. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to produce benchmarks and analytics.
5. Fees & Payment
Subscription fees, if any, are billed in accordance with the plan you select. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep VendBox available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events outside our control may affect availability.
7. Intellectual Property
VendBox, including its software, design, branding and the TrueBits Technologies logo, is the intellectual property of TrueBits Technologies Ltd. and its licensors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueBits shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of VendBox.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dar es Salaam.
